Siyabonga Mahlangu

Prior to his call to the bar, Siyabonga was a Group Executive at a JSE-listed telecommunications company, a Special Advisor in government, and practised as an attorney and director at top-tier South African commercial law firms. His legal experience spans over 24 years, focusing on commercial litigation, public law, telecommunications, media, and competition law.

He has a particular interest in administrative law and holds a PhD in the subject. His thesis explores the balance between legality and certainty, specifically the Oudekraal principles and their effects.
