Prema Pillay

Prema started her career as a state advocate for the National Prosecuting Authority. Thereafter she spent 15 years in legal advisory roles at the audit regulator and one of the big four audit firms. Immediately prior to joining the Bar Prema worked, pro bono, for the Helen Suzman Foundation.

Her preferred areas of practice include auditors’ professional liability, commercial and regulatory litigation, administrative and public law.
