Moroka Phalane

Moroka Phalane was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in December 2018. He holds B Proc and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand. Before admission to the Bar, he held various senior and executive management roles in the public and private sectors.
His preferred areas of practice include commercial and general litigation, government regulatory (administrative) law, construction and employment law.
