Matthew Kruger

Matthew Kruger holds LLB, BCL, MPhil and PhD degrees. Before he was admitted to the Johannesburg Bar in 2021, he practised as a litigation attorney at Webber Wentzel, clerked for Chief Justice Mogoeng at the Constitutional Court, and worked as a legal researcher for a public interest NGO. Matthew's main areas of practice are in constitutional, administrative and human rights law, as well as general commercial and private law litigation.
