Khanyisile Kubheka

Khanyi Kubheka was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2025. She currently holds a LLB from the University of Pretoria and is in pursuit of a LLM in medical law. Khanyi’s legal practice includes public and private law, focusing mostly on insolvency inquires, banking disputes and litigation involving medical negligence and land claims. Her preferred extended areas of interest include Construction, Competition, Employment law, Family law, Insurance, Intellectual Property, mining law and general civil litigation.

Her commitment extends beyond her practice, with active involvement in social outreach initiatives that reflect her passion for community impact.
