Vincent Maleka SC

Vincent Maleka, Founding Chairman of Thulamela Chambers, holds the B Proc LLB degrees. He was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in July 1989 and took silk in May 2002. His preferred areas of practice are constitutional and administrative law and litigation, pension fund and telecoms regulatory litigation and arbitrations. Vincent has appeared in various high and appeal courts, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court. He acts as chair of the Disciplinary Committee of the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA) and regularly appears in the Namibian High and Supreme Courts.
