Kgomotso Moroka SC

Kgomotso Moroka holds a B Proc LLB and was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 1989. She took silk in 2005. Her preferred areas of practice are constitutional litigation and administrative law. Kgomotso has appeared at the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the North and South Gauteng High Courts, the Labour Court and the Judicial Services Commission.
