Thabang Pooe

Thabang Pooe was admitted to the Johannesburg Bar in December 2019. Thabang holds an LLB degree from the North West University and an LLM (magna cum laude) from the University of California Los Angeles. Prior to joining the Bar, Thabang clerked at the Constitutional Court. She has worked in public interest litigation organisations and has worked as a policy development and advocacy officer for non-profit organisations. Her areas of practice are general public law and commercial law with a particular interest in administrative, constitutional and labour law, international law, general regulatory and public interest law.
