Lindeni Kalipa

Prior to joining the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2020, I practised as an attorney at RR Arries & Associates and later served at the South African Revenue Service for about fifteen (15) years at various specialist and managerial roles within the legal division.

I have a keen interest in tax, administrative law and commercial law including insolvencies and liquidations, business rescues, contracts and company law. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from Henley Business School and an AIPSA Diploma in Insolvency and Practice from the University of Pretoria.
