Ivor C Mokwena

Ivor Mokwena was admitted as a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in December 2017. Prior to his calling to the bar, he practised as an attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright SA Inc and at the Centre for Child Law attached to the University of Pretoria. He was a law clerk at the Constitutional Court. His preferred areas of practice include construction, engineering, insurance litigation and constitutional, administrative, regulatory and public law.
