Thomas Bokaba SC

Thomas Bogoshi Bokaba was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in December 1994 and took silk in January 2008. His preferred areas of practice include Commercial, Corporate, Tax, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Competition Law and Local Government Law including Health Law. He appears primarily before the High Courts, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the Constitutional Court, Arbitrations, Statutory Tribunals and the High and Supreme Courts of Namibia. In addition to his practice, he has been appointed as an Acting Judge and as an Arbitrator. He holds a B Proc, LLB, Certificate in Trial Advocacy from NITA, USA, a Higher Diploma in Company and Tax Law from University of Witwatersrand, and a Higher Diploma in Corporate law.
