Thabiso Panda

Thabiso holds an LLB degree from the University of Fort Hare and a Master of Laws (LLM) in commercial and business law from the University of the Witwatersrand. His early legal experience includes vacation work at Webber Wentzel and a full-time role as a receptionist at a boutique law firm specialising in real estate. He also participates in the Young AFSA Inaugural Mentorship Programme. Notably, Thabiso served as a law clerk to former Chief Justice Zondo at the Constitutional Court, gaining valuable insight into constitutional law and judicial processes during his clerkship. His expertise spans various aspects of commercial and constitutional law.
