Kate Hofmeyr SC

Kate Hofmeyr holds BA (Hons), LLB, BCL and MPhil degrees and was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2007. Her preferred areas of practice include administrative, commercial, and public law.

She has appeared in the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the High Courts, the Competition Appeal Court, the Competition Tribunal, the National Consumer Tribunal, and various arbitration panels.
