Sipho E. Bavuma

Admitted as advocate at the Bisho High Court, in 1997. Worked in public service (University of Fort Hare (2 years - local government management), Dept of Trade, Industry & Competition (4 years - lotteries, liquor, gambling, and consumer credit regulation) and SARS (21 years – branch management, regional management, dispute resolution – tax, customs). Served on various boards (Local Government Network, Banking Ombud, Long Term Insurance, MFRC/NCR, SEZ Minister’s Advisory Board) on behalf of state structures.
