Samantha Moloi

Samantha holds a BA Law (International Relations) and an LLB (both from Wits University). Before joining the Bar Samantha worked in the Information Technology space. Where I programmed PABX call flows and worked as technical support. My interests are AI Law and tech, cybersecurity, and intellectual property.

She founded Renewed Minds, a non-profit addressing psychosocial support gaps in township schools. Through partnerships with the Witwatersrand University Social Work department, we tackled issues like family dynamics and abuse. In 2021, I led a successful class action against defunding law students, securing vital funding. Law without Walls (March 2022: Spain) equipped me with tech-driven legal solutions, and as the 2022 Law Student Council Chairperson, I navigated student challenges, fostering African cohesion through impactful conferences in conjunction with the Federation of African Law Students.
