Mfesane Ka-Siboto

Mfesane Ka-Siboto is an under and post-graduate in LLB (distinction), Advanced Company Law I (distinction), Advanced Company Law II (distinction) and Competition Law (distinction), all from University of the Witwatersrand.

He is a former associate in the Corporate Commercial Department (Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs Inc). He is also a former lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand, lecturing Administrative Law, Business Enterprise Law and Criminal Law.

He has appeared in all superior courts of South Africa, including arguing at the Constitutional Court on multiple occasions. He is also a red bag recipient.
