Thato Reuben Seroto

Prior to my call to the Bar in 2017, I practised as an attorney at leading local firms for over a decade focusing on commercial and finance transactions (M&A, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, banking and finance, private equity, and general business transactions) across a range of industries.
I was a partner at two of the country’s leading commercial law firms (Bowmans, and Norton Rose Fulbright) and was involved in some of the largest corporate transactions that occurred locally when I was an attorney.
At the Bar, I am developing a practice biased towards commercial litigation in different manifestations.
