Harriett Mutenga

Harriett Mutenga was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2012, and holds an LLB degree from the University of Fort Hare and an LLM from the University of Stellenbosch. Her preferred areas of interest include administrative law, commercial law, public law, and construction law. Harriett has appeared in the High Court, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, Supreme Court and Constitutional Court. Prior to joining the Bar Harriett was a Legal Officer for a human rights organisation where she dealt primarily with refugees and asylum seekers.
