Lindelani Sigogo SC

Lindelani Sigogo holds a B Proc. and LLB Degrees, Higher Diploma in Tax law and a Higher Certificate in International Trade and Transfer Pricing. He was admitted as an advocate in 2002. He was subsequently called to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in December 2008. Prior to joining the Johannesburg Bar, he was employed as a State Prosecutor from 1997 to 2001. From 2001- 2005 he was employed as a Legal Advisor at SARS, thereafter he became a manager in the Legal Division of SARS until 2008. His principal areas of practice are Tax Law, Customs and Excise, Insolvency Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Administrative Law and Labour Law. He has interests in Constitutional Law and Competition Law. Lindelani has appeared in the Tax Court, the Land Claims Court, the Labour Court, various divisions of the High Court and the Supreme Court of Appeal.
